What I enjoy is figuring out why a device has stopped working, then fixing it. Seeing a machine start up again after a breakdown makes me proud. I spent a year studying computer science, and above all it made me realise that I prefer having the hardware in my hands. I’m looking for a 4-week internship to discover the job in the field, alongside technicians.
